Fair Havens Auction Bidder Registration
In order to participate in the Main Saturday Silent and Live Auctions, you must be a registered bidder. For the preceding mid week Silent Auctions in Irwin Chapel, you can use your Bidder Number IF you have been registered, or you can simply use your name and site / room number if you have not registered.
Please note that you need to re-register every year. Even if you have registered in previous years, you need to register again for the current year.
Registering online is easy and convenient. This way we can confirm your contact information and get you registered in the computer quickly ahead of time.
When we receive your submitted your Registration Form, it will be processed and you will be emailed your confirmation with your registered Bidder Number. At that point, you can use it for all the Silent Auctions, including Irwin, instead of your name and site / room number.
Your Bidder Card will be printed and ready for you to pick up at the events. You can pick it up in Irwin at the Check Out Table on Tuesday or Friday morning, or at the Registration Table at the Tent on Saturday between 2pm and 5pm.
