Fair Havens 2024 Auction Bidder Registration

In order to participate in any of the Auctions (Irwin and Saturday, Silent and Live), you must be a 2024 registered bidder.

Please note that you need to re-register every year. Even if you have registered in previous years, you need to register again for the current year.

Registering online is easy and convenient. This way we can confirm your contact information and get you registered in the computer quickly ahead of time.

When we receive your submitted your Registration Form, it will be processed and you will be emailed your confirmation with your registered Bidder Number. At that point, you can use it for all the Auctions.

Your Bidder Card will be printed and ready for you to pick up immediately after Chapel on Sunday July 27. You can also pick it up in Irwin at the Check Out Table on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday morning during Auction week, or at the Registration Table at the Tent on Saturday August 3 between 2pm and 5pm.

You can also register in person at Irwin during Auction week or at the Tent on Auction Saturday.
