2019 Season Site Events
Following are the events for 2019
Hymn Sings in Irwin Chapel - Every Tuesday in July & August
On Tuesdays, join us in Irwin Chapel starting at 8:30 pm to sing old favorites. These are generally led by Milt Henderson with some volunteer musicians. Milt often shares some details about the hymn's origins.
Season Site Pot Luck Dinner - Wednesday July 10Join us at the Pavilion at 5:30 pm for food a fellowship. This is a great chance to get to know each other better. Bring your favorite salad, main dish or desert to share, along with cutlery, plates, and drinks.
Annual Fund Raising Auction Week - Monday July 29 - Saturday August 3
Our Annual Fair Havens Fund raising Auction will be held on Saturday August 3, at the Pavilion starting at 6:30 pm, right after the BBQ.
Registration and Viewing is from 2:00 pm to 4:450 pm. Please register for your bidder card number before that time. Better still, register on-line or at the Irwin Auction before Saturday.
The Saturday Silent Auction starts at 2 pm. Part of the Silent Auction ends at 5:00 pm and part at 5:30 pm. You must have a registration number for this silent auction.
There will also be Silent Auctions during the week before, in Irwin Chapel. The first one starts Monday morning (July 29) and closes Tuesday morning (July 30). The second one starts Thursday morning (August 1) and closes Friday morning (August 2). You do not need a registration number for these auctions, but you must be present after they close to pick up your items.
Contributing items for the auction:
Ask business owners you know (outside of Beaverton and this local area) for high quality merchandise for the auction.
If you are contributing items for the auction, please bring them to Frank & Laura Crampton's trailer, site # 612, between July 1 and July 26th. Provide the donor’s name, (or business name and address and contact name) and the estimated resale value of each item.

Season Site Flea Market - Wednesday August 7
NOTE: We haven't decided yet if we will have a Fleal Market in 2019. Therefore this event may not take place.
On Wednesday August 7, immediately after the morning service, we will have a Fund Raising Flea Market outside Irwin Chapel. All proceeds will go to the Season Site Committee Fund Raising Project.
If you have items to sell, please bring them before chapel begins, or immediately after it ends, to the tables provided on the North Side of Irwin (where the Garden Party takes place). Make sure there is a price sticker on each item.
You look after the sales. The Committee will look after the payments, so you don't need to worry about handling cash.
If you are not contributing to the Flea Market, make sure you come by and see if there is anything you would like. It's also a nice way to meet people.
